The Atherstone Hunt have been in the national and local press over 50 times for their violent behaviour. We ask Drayton Manor not to host the Atherstone hunts puppy walkers ball on the 11th February as it will help them raise money to continue with the behaviour outlined below:
Most recently the Atherstone Hunt made the national press including ITV local news after their supporters violently attacked peaceful protestors by throwing glass bottles, horse manure and eggs at them. Atherstone hunt supporters stole and damaged peoples property, pushed and attacked protestors. There were pensioners among the peaceful protestors. This incident is currently being investigated by police.
The Atherstone Hunt is a violent organisation whose hunts supporters have two convictions of assault for attacking peaceful protestors and two fixed penalty notices for anti-social behaviour and public order offences against peaceful protestors.
The Huntsman of the Atherstone Hunt was filmed jumping off his horse and attacking a peaceful protestor whilst another rider can be heard encouraging him to steal the camera.

There have been several investigations by police into the Atherstone Hunt for illegal fox hunting
The Atherstone Hunt recently employed a Neo-Nazi and refused to condemn or distance themselves from his views.
