Nancy Jackson worked for Spring Branch Independent School District 43 years. She taught Social Studies at Northbrook High School since it opened in 1974. Ms. Jackson was an outstanding teacher. Her passion for teaching and love for the school was obvious both in and out of the classroom. She was constantly striving to enhance the school, whether it was through enforcing the school rules by reminding students to follow them, encouraging other teachers in her department to keep up with lesson plans, showing school spirit at multiple sporting events, or simply doing what she loved: teaching. Her commitment to teaching, the student body, the school, and the district should not remain unrecognized. Ms. Jackson deserves to be remembered for all of her effort and time spent here. By making a memorial for Nancy Jackson at Northbrook High School, she would be honored, remembered, and thanked.
