Provide classroom and teacher for Biology summer course

We, as members of Wissahickon's Class of 2021, stand firmly in our desire to partake in the summer Biology course. In the early months of 2017, our class participated in an exam that determined their eligibility to participate in the Biology course in the school year of 2017-2018. However, only nine out of the many participants were able to take the course this school year. Further, this action denied our right of partaking in an additional science course later on in our high school careers, which is necessary in order to support the pursuit of job careers relating to science.
Imagine our frustration when it was decided by the district that the entirety of the upcoming freshmen, members of the class of 2022, would be placed in the Biology course regardless of their eligibility.
While it is understood that we cannot be moved to the Biology classes at this point in the school year, we would like to have an advantage over the upcoming freshmen. To achieve an easier chance of passing the summer Biology course, we propose that a classroom and teacher be provided over the summer, in place of the currently only available option of an online course, which holds a low passing rate.
