We want to make school start times for middle and high schoolers earlier. There is an epidemic in schools worldwide, where, teens do not get enough sleep at night. Teens need to sleep 8-10 hours every day, but because of their growth, they tend to feel sleepier later. School starts too early considering that teens have to wake up by 7 or 6 because of school. To get teens to get enough sleep, we could get the district to start school earlier.
