We, the people, the supreme authority of the country as per Article II, Section 1 of the 1987 Constitution, request that you, presidential frontrunner Bongbong Marcos (as of posting), appoint Dr. Iggy Agbayani as the new Department of Health (DOH) secretary should you officially become the new president of our beloved Philippines. 

Millions of Filipinos have suffered under the leadership of Dr. Duque in the DOH, not just in terms of health but more so in terms of income, who failed to pro-actively address the challenges of CoViD-19 (C19) in almost 3 years because he NEVER LISTENED to the educated opinions of unconventional doctors like Dr. Agbayani and all the other experts from the Concerned Doctors and Citizens of the Philippines (CDCPh). We have been asking for official government documents pertaining to everything C19 since the beginning, to see the scientific basis and decide whether the protocols are justified or not, as per the power of Article III, Section 7 of the constitution but we were ignored over and over. 

Dr. Agbayani is the best person for the job, not because he is the most intelligent, but, because he is biased to no one (at least as far as we know) other than what is truly based on Science. He is not afraid to be wrong as long as it's based on Science. This is why we know that he is capable of addressing C19 and even Obesity, Hypertension, Diabetes and other lifestyle diseases (non-infectious diseases that make our government unnecessarily bleed too much money inline with sickcare not healthcare), as an advocate of Low Carb and Intermittent Fasting (LCIF) way of eating, which are epidemics in their own right for decades. 

If you appoint the likes of Dr. Duque in the DOH, then expect for more health and economic crises in the country under your administration. If you do not appoint Dr. Agbayani, you will most likely create national policies that would be debatably unconstitutional like the many Executive Orders (EOs) of outgoing president, President Duterte. This would of course most likely lead to an impeachment case against you (assuming of course that the politicians in the congress step up) for betraying public trust as per Article XI, Section 2 of the constitution and we don't want that to happen especially since you want to redeem the name of your family.

So please, do the right things. Start by appointing the right secretary of the DOH.
