Dr. Garrett on many occasions has pushed issues under the rug and continue to force teachers to work in a hostile environment.  She has a bad habit of wastefully spending money for the school (buying furniture and then giving it away to friends at the end of the year). I have always been informed she has also told teachers to pass every student so her numbers look low for no retention. Constantly setting the children up for failure when she continues to say we are hear for success. Allowing teachers to target scholars(after she has been informed this was happening). So many teachers have left and more are planning on leaving at the end of this school year. When she is informed of the issues she never falls thru with any resolutions. She doesn’t require her staff to follow scholars 504/IEP plans. She is never available for a meeting unless it involved long term suspension. The scholars are going to continue to fail until she is removed from the school. All of the students are 2/3 grade levels behind.
