I've been crying almost everyday because I simply cannot get the help for my classes. I've spent so much time and money on tutors, the lectures and questions, and it still isn't enough. Mentally I'm struggling so much. A NCR/CR grade would be the best thing to help me and the many other students in my situation.

As a fellow student, I understand how difficult it was to adjust to this online format for a full semester, without any in class contact unlike the previous winter

I think that individuals who require numerical grades for grad school applications understand that CR/NCR aren't sufficient on their transcripts - so they are likely to choose to have most classes show up as numerical grades in order to fulfill application requirements. I think that making the CR/NCR option allows students whose future careers aren't impacted by a certain number of high numerical grades, to be able to better handle any associating stress that comes with the pressure of performing the same and meeting the same standards, despite a whole new learning environment.

My daughter is one of many students who are dealing with the difficulty of online learning as opposed to in class.
