Well, let's be honest. Evan Lowe is the best professor UTD's had, and the most influential philosopher, ever. Plato, Socrates, Nietzsche WHO? Since taking a class with Lowe, my overall performance as a student has improved, and this is a common theme for all of his students. You may be asking: "what is this person ranting on about? Why are they generalizing such a large group of students?" Well, my claims are true. From his intro gov classes to political theory, it's evident that Evan knows what he's doing, and he sends out powerful academic excellence to his students through his innate passion for teaching. It's blatantly obvious he invests a lot of time and energy into his classes, and deserves to be a tenured professor. He's leaving after this semester, and for that, we students feel betrayed and unappreciated. Not only do we feel betrayed and unappreciated, we also feel as though the University of Texas at Dallas does not listen to the student body quite enough. Success begins with the professors of each major class, and that includes Evan Lowe. With that being said, let's give Evan Lowe a permanent position so that students can be guaranteed at least one good professor. Let's make it happen!
