Urgent Call to Action: Manipur

Pranaadhika Sinha Devburman

Jul 22, 2023 —

Respected supporters,

The ongoing happenings in Manipur have (belatedly) poked at the conscience of those who's job it is to maintain law and order, not only in the state, but also in our country.

In light of recent horrors, we would request your support in signing the petition by campaigner Archana K R which contains this basic ASK - "Arrest the People who Stripped and Assaulted 2 Manipuri Women in Viral Video Immediately"

The petition crossed 100,000 signatures in 24 hours which highlights how deeply disgusted and pained we feel as human beings, about the despicable and inhuman manner in which two Manipuri women were treated.

Please sign and share among your circles, and ensure that the system is held accountable not only for its past actions, but is aware that any further delay in the process will have consequences.
