WE TAKE IRAN BACK, IRAN BELONGS TO IRANIAN,NOT TO ISLAMIC REPUBLIC

We, the Iranian people, condemn any secret treaty with China or any other country, and consider them invalid, illegal, and illegitimate. We do not accept any contract made by the Islamic Republic that does not represent Iran and Iranians. The terms, and complete amendments to any national treaty must be reviewed, ratified and approved in a fully democratic process by the legitimate representatives of the Iranian people. We declare that any other treaty or agreement will be canceled in the free and democratic Iran of tomorrow.
Fighting for survival, the theocratic dictatorship in Iran is clutching at straws in deal with China and trying to negotiate a shameful treaty that enables China to exploit Iran’s natural resources. This regime has oppressed the Iranian people for 42 years, stealing their money, slaughtering their children, and depriving them of basic human rights. Now, Iran’s anti-Iranian government has held the agreement up as a major diplomatic achievement for themselves at a time of increasing international isolation.
We, the undersigned petitioners, call on all international forums to heae and to be the voice of the Iranian people. This treaty negotiated by the Islamic Republic with the direct approval of its leader, is an undeniable crime against national interests of Iran and the Iranian people. The signing of any treaty or agreement by this regime, and from a position of weakness, in which today we unfortunately find ourselves, is null and void.

ما مردم ایران هرگونه پیمان محرمانه با چین یا هر کشور دیگر را محکوم می کنیم و آنها را فاقد اعتبار و غیرقانونی می دانیم. ما هر قراردادی را که جمهوری اسلامی امضا کننده ان باشد نمی پذیریم و حکومت ایران را نماینده مردم ایران و ایرانی نمی دانیم. شرایط و اصلاحات کامل در هر پیمان ملی باید توسط نمایندگان قانونی مردم ایران در یک روند کاملاً دموکراتیک بررسی و تصویب شود. ما اعلام می کنیم که هر معاهده یا توافق دیگری در ایران آزاد و دموکراتیک فردا لغو خواهد شد.
دیکتاتوری مذهبی در ایران یک پیمان نامه شرم آور امضاء میکند که چین را قادر می سازد از منابع طبیعی ایران بهره برداری کند. این رژیم ۴۲ سال است که مردم ایران را تحت ستم قرار داده وثروتهای ملی را ربوده ، فرزندان ایران را اعدام و مردم ایران از حقوق اولیه انسانی محروم کرده است. اکنون ، دولت ضد ایرانی ایران, این توافق نامه ننگین را که به مثابه فروش وطن میباشد را به عنوان یک موفقیت بزرگ دیپلماتیک برای خود در زمان انزوای بین المللی خود میداند
ما ، امضا کنندگان زیر، از همه مجامع بین المللی می خواهیم که صدای ملت ایران را بشنوند که این معاهده ننگین که جمهوری اسلامی با تأیید مستقیم رهبر آن را امضا کرده است ، جنایتی غیرقابل انکار علیه منافع ملی ایران و مردم ایران است. امضای هرگونه معاهده یا توافق نامه ای توسط این رژیم که از موضع ضعف صورت گرفته است از نظر مردم ایران ، فاقد اعتبار است.
