Having recently moved here from the Twin Cities we miss the vibrancy of the downtown food trucks in both Minneapolis and in St. Paul. It took awhile there too... we are patient but come on! It's time, Knoxville will be even better for it . . .

There are enough people/stomach to fully support any and all restaurants and food trucks without any type of animosity. And really, if you are worried about a truck putting you out of business, it's probably not really the truck you should be worrying about, but your food and/or prices.

I love going to Downtown Knoxville. The restaurants are getting more diverse and delivering delicious food. Having Food trucks would add to the experience of sampling different wares and to accommodate those who want to eat and keep moving or to simply be a supporter of Free Enterprise.. The American Dream. Greed is an ugly thing ..it fattens YOU up and makes OTHERS loose their appetites for your restaurant! If your one of these restaurants.. .Wake up !! Knoxville has enough hungry peeps to support you all!
