During the 2020-2021 school year we put up with making our children wear masks to school because we THOUGHT it would be temporary. Wearing a mask has been unhealthy and detrimental to young children's learning and development of social skills. COVID-19 continues to terrorize our everyday lives, our jobs, and our families. It is a respiratory virus spread through droplets that no mask is going to stop. We don't hide from the flu, RSV, or other respiratory viruses and COVID-19 certainly isn't going away anytime soon. Our children need to be in school. In person. WITHOUT a mask on their faces! Please stand up for our kids!
