As of September 22, the Ontario Provincial Government plans to implement vaccine passports. Vaccine passports will severely impact Canadians. Every Canadian has the right to freedom of choice and medical privacy. One's decision about their personal health should not prevent them from participating in society. Vaccine passports will perpetuate large scale discrimination, segregation and will create an unspeakable divide among Canadians. Well vaccination may offer some protection, it does not offer total protection against covid. Those who are vaccinated can still contract and transmit this virus.

While immunization is not mandatory in Canada, vaccine passports will essentially encourage new laws to enable discrimination and segregation of those who are not vaccinated against Covid. By introducing vaccine passports as requirements to enter businesses, establishments, indoor venues and events, this encourages immense pressure, coercion and manipulation for those who are not vaccinated, to feel they have no choice but to do so. This goes against our basic freedoms, rights and prevents Individuals from making decisions with informed consent.
