The Provincial lockdown, shutdown, emergency brake is a direct target at small business and is completely ineffective.   Forcing closures of gyms, salons and restaurants is totally unsupported by data.  Open it all or close it ALL!!  The third/fourth lockdown should not be LESS restrictive!  We are tired of your non sensical measures!!
