There are medical conditions specific to blood types and race such as Tay-sachs, Lupus, Sickle cell anemia etc. We are just learning about Covid 19 and we need data simply to better understand how it moves, who is vulnerable and how to stop the spread. That takes science. We are all at risk if we choose ignorance here.

I favor legislation that will help sharing data about marginalized and poor people. For that matter share data about everyone remembering that in a democacy it has to be done constitutionally and fairly.
