Everyone in Ontario please let’s do something for these kids. Ontario announced that if busses get cancelled every one goes online for secondary schools and elementary kids if they can’t go to school they have to go online.
Some problems with that include we are in a pandemic, most kids in Ontario have been online for almost a year, it’s crazy to think that in March it will be one year since the schools got shut down. 
In the past every kid dreamed of having a snow day, waking up and looking outside to see all the snow then hearing your parents tell you it’s a snow day. It’s something every kid wanted. But now with this pandemic kids wake up with a lot of snow and are like we have another day online. They would rather have no snow day and just go to school if they are allowed too. 

Kids these days need a break, we have been through so much this past year. Kids mental health has gone through the roof, adding in more online days to what we already had is going to cause more problems for kids. Snow days are a day for kids to relax and not worry about anything. They can just have fun and do what they please.

Some kids and teens don’t have internet, and/or laptops, computers or phones to do this online school on. As some school boards have taken back the laptops the gave out to the kids

but please let’s do something for the kids and teens that have to suffer to do online school when busses are cancelled! It’s not the kids fault that the busses are cancelled. Don’t make us pay for stuff we can not control!
