Hello I come to you as a concerned parent and Also a Patriot that sees freedom getting ripped away form us!

As you all well know Governor Doug Ducey recently passed a mandate that we as parents have the right to choose via his no mask mandates allowed in AZ schools. Then yesterday we get an email from the School district with the following link.

This is Authoritarianism being established via terrorist tactics of fear and imposed strict non compliance punishments, Like not being allowed to send your kids to school and having to pay for expensive day care when you work. SO at is basic levels this is terrorism and authoritarianism rolled into one, Usually reserved for dictators and tyrants, Have we lost so much in our great state that we will allow this? Has the United States of America fallen so far this will go by with out any one doing anything.
I'm very concerned that the Tempe Elementary Governing Board and Tempe Elementary School District 3 are attempting to defy and subvert Gov Ducey's law that school boards cannot require children to wear masks to attend school. 

The Tempe Elementary Resolution Supporting Face Coverings in Schools document lays out how they intend to take matters into their own hands, regardless of current school district policies, bylaws, and regulations, or the Arizona Revised Statutes. Therefore I urge you to stand firm on the legislative process and support Section 12 of HB2898 (to be codified as A.R.S. 15-342.05) and leave the decision of whether or not to mask in the hands of parents.

Cases and studies show that absent severe health issues, children are not very affected by COVID-19, even the Delta variant, and are not vectors of transmission. So the argument of making them "mask up" to reduce transmission to others is not enough to affect their social and emotional growth and health.

An example of how a school is already violating the law:

Just today I was told by my daughter who attends  in TD3 that a child presented with fever and was forced to put on a mask. She has also been told if she wants to participate in choir or music classes (during school hours, not extracurricular) that she will need to wear a mask in choir while singing. I ask does this sound healthy?
