We are average high school students trying to return back online to keep other students and staff safe. Since returning to school after winter break, we have noticed not only at our school but in other settings, there are a high amount of absents due to covid. Without the mask mandate in place, many kids have been leaving school multiple times because of getting sick which puts a damper on their education. Schools have little to no covid restrictions putting students and staff at risk. Since the whole world has been battling with covid for a few years Everyday health care workers, scientists, government workers, and more have been trying their hardest to find ways to try and make our situation better. Just like them although we can not make a huge difference, this is our way of trying to make the best of the situation and help others.
