Everyone who is involved in Any situation that has to do with abuse Especially with  CHILDREN should have the Proper Education and training to Recognize Physical and Mental abuse!  All Proper protocols to be  followed and Met, Like reading, FORENSIC reports! Reading counselor, And other Dr. documentation!  Get ALL THE FACTS BEFORE MAKING LIFE DESCIONS! LISTEN TO THE CHILDREN!! INVESTIGATE EVERY SINGLE ALLEGATION.TAKE DEATH THREATS SERIOUSLY!! ESPECIALLY COMING FROM CHILDREN!!  IF A CHILD TELLS YOU THEY GOT BEAT AND ARE WEARING THE BRUISES DOWN THEIR LEGS OR BODY !DO SOMETHING! BRUISES DON'T LIE! Do NOT leave the same social worker / case worker on the same DCS case  if a grievance is filed!  DCS CASEWORKERS SHOULD ALWAYS ADDRESS THE PARENTS/CAREGIVER BY THEIR NAME !
