It is something I might need to use at some later point in my life.

It seems that the only peopele who rate "compassion" in Arizona are Nazis, Terrorists and serial murederes. Everyone else is one of the "lesser races" :-(

I am signing this because my Cousin Jean has terrible disease called Cortical Basial Degeneration, CBD. It falls under the Parkinsons' umbrella as it's a terminal neurological disease. She is basically paralyzed, unable to talk, walk, stand, dress or shower without assistance. I know she would not like to live like this.....I believe that she should be aloud the dignity to leave this world on her own terms...I love her but this is no way to live

I have seen too many unnecessarily painful deaths. Most financial assets in our lives are spent in the latter third and often for unnecessary and heroic attempts to prolong painful situations. We need peaceful endings and medical support to gain this.

Terminally ill people deserve the choice of a compassionate end of life. No one should have this very personal option taken away from them based on the political or religious beliefs of others.

My 96 year old mother should have been allowed to die more peacefully and easily.

I'm signing because decisions about our own bodies are personal - to share or not with others of our own choosing. This is the very definition of liberty.
