Some people can’t afford to get their cars/trucks fixed up meaning the rusted. To get a inspection sticker your vehicle pretty must has to be rust free! So I’m trying to get it to where our state allows us to have 2 licenses plate so people don’t have to worry about a inspection sticker. If I can make this change so many people won’t have to worry about finding the extra cash to fix their  vehicles, and people won’t get a ticket for having a expired inspection sticker. My dad has had to sell his vehicle and work side jobs to get extra cash to buy a car that would pass state inspection because the vehicle he sold wouldn’t pass state inspection because it had a little rust.
