June 26/2021, Facebook Disabled All My Pages and Accounts,over 50,000 Images and Back Stories!

Facebook has always been my platform for Preserving Rider and Motorcycling History, as an Admin on the Following Pages with Thousands of Members, Mr Motocross Legends and Stars, Mr Motocross Legends and Stars Literature, Motorcycle Road Racing Australia 1970-2000, Bad Motorcycle Deals, 1 Team Australia VMXdN, my personal page, and one of the most Important under Holden On Tight re: Continuously Campaigned and Fundraised for many Injured Riders and Charities,&, Supported and Contributed to Riders Dreams, Created many Major Events & Promotions, Proudly Sponsoring the Australian Junior Motocross, Championship & Encourage the Jnr Sportsman Spirit Award, the Creation of the Museum and personally donated and contributed from 2006-2021 to the current total of $413,747.00.

On June 7, 2021, Facebook, Inc. received a report (the “First Report”) alleging that you posted a recording of a live sporting event captured via a home television on your Facebook Account in contravention of the reporter's intellectual property rights. Upon review, Facebook, Inc. found that you did in fact post such a recording on your Account. Posting recordings of live sports without authorization constitutes copyright infringement and thus contravenes Facebook’s Terms of Service. Accordingly, on the same day, Facebook, Inc. sent you a push notification, I emphatically deny I received such a push notification, what is a Push Notification, I don't know? which you viewed, no I didn't view any such notification, informing you of the First Report and providing you with a warning that the publication of recordings of live sports without authorization violates Facebook's Terms of Service.

Subsequently, on June 24, 2021, Facebook, Inc. received another report (the “Second Report”) for another recording of a live sporting event posted by your Account. Following the Second Report, Facebook, Inc. sent you two emails notifying you that by continuing to post such recordings, your Account again engaged in copyright infringement and that the use of your Account had been temporarily restricted for three days. I didn't open, or know of any of its contents, as I deleted them straight away as I thought it was SPAM that as I said to them, I have never ever received any emails from Facebook ever previously. Facebook, Inc. also informed you that any further violation may result in your account being removed from the Facebook Service for repeated infringements

Despite the above warnings and emails, you posted another recording of a live sporting event. On June 26, 2021, Facebook, Inc. received another report (the “Third Report”; together with the First Report and the Second Report, the “Reports”) reporting the infringing recording posted by your Account. Following the Third Report, as indicated in the emails previously sent to you, your Account was automatically enlisted for removal in accordance with Facebook, Inc.’s policies for repeated contravention of its Terms of Service. I had no idea why would I continue to post if I did not know, where is the common sense in that.

Reports from who? On June 26, 2021, Facebook, Inc. received another report they don’t tell you so how would you know what I have supposed to have breached?

Hello with have no idea what a Push Notification is and never opening any emails on June 24, and apparently if I'm on 3-day restrictions how could I post anything that would contravene said restrictions as stated and said June 26?

Why would I post twice or three times, if I had been correctly notified or warned that I was in Breach, I would have stopped don't you think? None of this makes any common sense, why would I do it and risk all my many years of work, according to those 3 said days?

It is impossible to do anything through their FB Help System that goes nowhere. So, I sent a letter Hard Mail Express Post to the HQ of Facebook at 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. An email was received from their Lawyer stating the above of breaching Copyright which I accept, as on June 22, I posted the video of the last lap of Marc Marquez winning the German GP, after 581 days since his last win, as I was so excited as a Passionate MotoGP Fan, I'm sure like many around the Globe!! Which I fully and unreservedly have apologised to Dorna, Facebook and was for no Personal Gain, but PASSION!

From Facebook Lawyer: Your Account will remain disabled unless the intellectual property rights holder withdraws their Reports against your Account. Please note that you may contact the rights holder to resolve your complaint, using the contact information Facebook, Inc. previously provided to you: Dorna Sports, antipiracy@motogp.com. It is so Frustrating and again I have asked for the above contact information from Facebook, several times and no reply.

With your help, this is the Last Massive Fight and Determination to try everything to get back my Social Media Life. To all of you I would so really appreciate any help, if possible, please share as Individuals and on to Appropriate Pages as it's not a dispute about only just me, but for common sense the recovery of over 50,000 Images and Back Stories and all the Two-Wheel History, I have tried to Preserve or Posted I:e Riders Individual Albums, Events, so much more.

The other things I've seen as I'm sure you have on Facebook staggers me that they are allowed to continue and aren't shut Down or Disabled, Porn and Political Stands and Videos of Fights and Murders and so much more.

Fingers Crossed One acknowledgement from Dorna Sport who I have just contacted with all the above information hopefully will be sympathetic and to get Facebook to Flick the Switch and restore common sense and everything removed and currently stuck up in Cyberspace not being Enjoyed!

If possible, I would like to get as many people to sign and support and help in this David and Goliath fight, against an entity with no emotions or conscience.
