I am creating this petition to encourage you to support Doordash coming to the Geneseo, NY Area.  I can tell you that I do not feel that it will ruin small business.  It might actually add if anything to it.  It will also create a delivery service for stores since in other areas, stores such as Walmart and Wegmans and other stores use this to deliver items purchased via site to store shopping. This would be an excellent addition to our community, especially in a time of a pandemic.   This would be an excellent addition to our community, especially being a college community.  Brockport, NY uses this service and they are a similar community within an hour distance of Geneseo.   I feel this would create more income for people who sign up to deliver for Doordash without having to drive a distance to do so either.   Therefore, for these reasons and other reasons, I encourage you to support the addition of Doordash to the Geneseo, NY community.   Thank you all for your consideration to this very important matter.
