As independent contractors our time available to work is based in part off of a customer rating system. This system is horribly flawed.

1. Many places of business have a comment box (ratings system) available and have for years. However, many patrons do not take the time to rate or comment when the service worked as expected. The mindset is simply "there was no problem therefore it was fine and needs no comment". This is an issue because when a delivery is received and there are no issues many customers do not take the time to rate the experience. Customers will take the time to leave negative feedback when sonething is wrong. 

2. When customers have figured out that leaving a poor rating can result in a refund we will have a select few that choose to game the system to receive money back.

3. When we are rated on 4 catagories 3 of which are based on the previous 100 deliveries yet the 4th is based on the last 100 ratings this skews the outcome. 

4. There is no automatic 5 star rating given when the customer does not rate the driver. This effectively creates the potential of making dozens of deliveries to receive 1 rating.

5. Drivers are given no ability to respond to a negative rating therefore leaving a greater potential to be deactivated.

You have created a flawed rating system in which drivers need a 4.70 or higher rating to be in a prime position. However, you allow us no ability to effectively drive this number up. 

All we ask for is a fair rating system where we can do our jobs and have the potential to be the best.
