We, the residents of Fletcher Circle and Guelph Ave, would like to request city council for additional public consultation meeting(s) with regards to the proposed development at 355 Guelph Ave and 11 Fletcher Circle once new revised plans are made available by the developer (applicant).

This new proposal includes two story structures. It would be fair to all of us that all the details be shared with us in additional public consultation(s) and prior to any decision(s) being made by council / planning department as there was lots of unclarity in the first meeting due to actual plans not being available to review and discuss.
