Tonight my 4 year old, 1 year old, & myself watched our neighbors beloved dog get run over while we took an evening stroll. The truck/trailer was certainly NOT going 25 MPH! I watch vehicles absolutely FLY up and down this street on a daily basis with no regard to anyone or anything! This is not this first dog to be killed by a speeding vehicle on Wayne & we certainly don’t want to wait around until it is a child! 
Im petitioning to have speed bumps placed on Wayne Street as a real solution to this horrendous problem that has fallen on deaf ears! Let’s ban together and protect our children and pets!
