Donate Profits from "Blurred Lines" ("I Know You Want it" Rape Anthem) to Mother of Victim Cherice Morales
Robin Thicke's lyrics repeat, "I know you want it." What kind of "Blurred Lines" does the rock star glorify? When a teacher raped 14-year-old Cherice Morales (who committed suicide), the judge said the girl was “as much in control of the situation” as the rapist. The 49-year-old teacher, Stacey Dean Rambold, will serve just 30 days in prison: when the judge suspended the rest of the 15-year sentence, the victim's mom screamed, “You people suck!” Does she deserve Robin Thicke's sexploitation profit? I don't even know if she "wants it." I do know we must stop our Rape Culture... for the sake of women and children everywhere. It benefits men, too, to clarify what men "know." Who wants to go to jail, even for 30 days?
