Dear Mr President and Excellencies

The Presidential Medal of Freedom is an award bestowed by the President of the United States and is—along with the comparable Congressional Gold Medal—the highest civilian award of the United States. Aung San Suu Kyi has been awarded both of these awards.

In recent months, Aung San Suu Kyi has drawn increasing criticism for her apparent defence of Myanmar’s treatment of its Rohingya minority, described by the UN as a “textbook example of ethnic cleansing”. There has been Ethnic Cleansing against Rohingya people going on in Burma. Risking death by sea or on foot, more than half a million Rohave fled the destruction of their homes and persecution in the northern Rakhine province of Myanmar (Burma) for neighbouring Bangladesh since August 2017.

Amnesty International says the Myanmar military has killed hundreds of Rohingya and raped and abused Rohingya women and girls. At least 288 villages were partially or totally destroyed by fire in northern Rakhine state after August 2017, according to analysis of satellite imagery by Human Rights Watch. The imagery shows many areas where Rohingya villages were reduced to smouldering rubble, while nearby ethnic Rakhine villages were left intact.

Human Rights Watch say most damage occurred in Maungdaw Township, between 25 August and 25 September - with many villages destroyed after 5 September, when Myanmar's de facto leader, Aung San Suu Kyi, said security force operations had ended. Before August, there were already around 307,500 Rohingya refugees living in camps, makeshift settlements and with host communities. according to the UNHCR. Most Rohingya refugees reaching Bangladesh - men, women and children with barely any belongings - have sought shelter in these areas, setting up camp wherever possible in the difficult terrain and with little access to aid, safe drinking water, food, shelter or healthcare. Of the 537,000 refugees who have arrived since August 58% are are children, while 60% of the adults are women.

Some people are arguing that Suu Kyi has NO power to stop Ethnic Cleansing against Rohingya people. Do you know Suu Kyi has following POWERs to stop Ethnic Cleansing?

1. She has power to recognise Rohingya as one of the indigenous ethnic groups of Burma without changing any Laws.
2. She has power to propose a bill of Racial Discrimination Act and enact it for defeating any racists and bigots.
3. She has power to make new an agreement with Bangladesh government to bring back all of Rohingya refugees who have had fled from Rakhine state.
4. She has power to grant visas to UN Facts Finding Mission to investigate human rights violations in Burma including Rakhine state. She can support them in many ways.
5. She has power to give permission to National and International medias to go Rakhine state.
6. She also has absolute power to allow any INGOs and NGOs to do their humanitarian works in Rakhine state and allow them to go freely within state.

But she has unfortunately done nothing. She can't even visit to the victims of Ethnic Cleansing in Rakhine State as well as in Bangladesh. So sad! She may lost humanity. This is biggest human catastrophe since Rawanda Genocide. Suu Kyi is one of the collaborators and perpetrators of Ethnic Cleansing and Genocide against Rohingya people.

As American are greatest people in the world for defending freedom, Human Rights and democracy, you should revoke the wards of US Presidential Medal of Freedom and Congressional Gold Medal from Aung San Suu Kyi. If you do not revoke the medals, I'm afraid that it will bring disgrace to US highest cillivian awards in History.

Thank you.
