Restaurants, Fast Food, & Diners need to label on their menus if they use Peanut Oil

December 30, 2016 I ate a salad with black olives, cucumbers, white egg, & balsamic vinaigrette. To my knowledge it had no Peanuts or Pecans. I'm a Behavior Therapist and had my students out with me. The symptoms started with the runs, rash all over my body and an itchy throat. But it started once we went to the Bowling alley about 20 minutes later. But slowly so I was having good time. Than their male care taker came and I asked him if they could take them home. As I was driving my tongue swelled up, lips, & throat, and it felt like there was no time left! My husband saw me come down the block going towards Urgent Care and he got in. Urgent Care saved me with the ephedrine shot. I got there with my tongue swollen and hanging out of my mouth. I couldn't talk at this point! And I was rushed to the ER put into the trauma unit & monitored for 6 hours. So I feel all restaurants, fast food places, and diners need to have what oils they are using in salads or what oils they are cooking with on their menus. They have calories... but this is DEADLY!! Because on December 30, 2016 it could of be fatal for me!!!
