My mom was a patient of the doctor. I was also in the same grade as his daughter in Freeport but I wasn't his patient. His daughter was always a nice girl as I recall, which in my experience shows a good upbringing by her parents. My mother always liked him. I had my own experience with the federal system and have a bit of insight into the way they work. The feds basically are going to get their conviction once they indict. They do whatever is needed to get the conviction. If you don't have advocates on the outside you can forget getting justice. Good luck with this.
I'm signing because it's a travesty and I have been thru the federal system and there is way to much time given to innocent or railroaded citizens. Three government should be ashamed at the lengths they go thru to ruin lives just to say they did. Way to much time is spent on the prosecution of the wrong people while the true evil criminals walk the streets free!
I'm signing the petition because after careful review of the expert witness that the government used was by all count a felon himself, and was deliberately protect from prosecution by the government with his record being hidden from any and all defendants the government was prosecuting! This alone coupled with the inability of Dr. Ignasiac to have accusers present, I.e. Coroners autopsies, so that he may question their findings. Also, all of the evidence was assumed, and not witnessed by the government in its charges. This case fully seems to me like a witch hunt gone wild by the government in their prosecution, and yes railroading of a good small practice physician that served to the best of his abilities along with the time demands that patients put upon him!
