Every year I listen to people still mourning our losses on Patriot Day.  The American people need a national day for mourning.  A chance to stay home with our loved ones to remember and reflect.  Make Patriot Day a federal holiday so that we can stay home with our families and mourn properly.  Seventeen years later and we still hurt.
