Grandparents Rights - all states equally

Grandparents in this Country are or have helped to raise their grandchildren, more so now than ever! If a child gets mad and takes off with the child or children, a grandparent has no recourse to see the grandkids that have grown to love and need them very much. Grandparents, which have been involved in their grandchildren lives and have a bond with, should have as much rights to see them as parents do. Parents should not be able to use "the constitutional right to raise their own kids," if they have depended and used the grandparents as babysitters. Once the children and grandparents have created a bond, it is just abuse, to deny them of their constitutional right to know their whole family. It should not matter what state they have taken off to, with the children. This law needs to reach across all states.
