Elon Musk is an influential American who is invested in creating a technologically advanced future for the United States. While he is creating a movement towards a clean, renewable energy efficient country, President-Elect Donald Trump is proposing a platform on expanding production of non-renewable energy sources; such as coal. Mr. Trump is also a firm believer that climate change is not an issue to our nation. Both of these individuals hold major influence to the future of millions of citizens. This petition is a request for an informal meeting between the two to discuss the energy, environmental, and job-creation issues that face our country. This meeting would not only benefit those who are uncertain of this country's future, but also help unite Americans who are torn on  these issues. Mr. Trump says he wants to make America great again, this meeting would be a great start towards that goal.
