I have had a seafood allergy all my life and as an adult I’m finding more and more restaurants that don’t separate seafood from other food and fry seafood in the same oil as other foods. I’m asking we all make a difference and bring awareness to seafood allergies and make it a law to have food vendors and restaurants have separate oils,Fryer’s and storage for seafood.
