There have been laws throughout American History against profiteering on war.

Well if we are in a war against COVID-19, then we should pass a law against the outrageous profiteering that's going on for PPE, ventilators, medicine and anything else that would save people's lives during this pandemic.

I suggest HR 400 to prevent war profiteering overseas be amended, or a new house resolution passed, to prevent profiteering during the Coronavirus pandemic. Profiting off of others misery and misfortune is not only unethical, it should be illegal.
