Parental Alienation affects millions of Americans each day. The family court assists parental Alienators by accepting lies and false allegations in court motions, they allow any report made to DCP&P in court hearings even if they are inaccurate or untrue against the victim parent. The parental Alienators use these tactics in order to gain control of the child and erase the victim parent.

I am a victim of parental alienation since October 27, 2017 when my ex- husband reported me to DCP& P for educational neglect and filed an Emergency motion against me in order to be granted temporary custody of our daughter. My allegations were at substantiated and I appealed and fought back with numerous documents, letters of my good character and solid proof I desperately worked hard to get my daughter back on track and stay in school,we agreed to Not established.

I had visitation with my daughter for a year and 4 months until we had an argument on her weekend with me. The story that follows is so painful I can't go into detail, but her father called DCP& P again and filed another motion on me and my parental rights were temporarily suspended. Due to more false claims and lies sadly this time he brainwashed my daughter into assisting him in this current situation

My story is one of many where good parents are put through the mud by the Alienators and the family court system. The family court system does Nothing, but receive monetary funds for motions, suggest DCP& P intrusive involvement and believes the Alienators lies, false claims and assists this evil parent into erasing the victim parent. A child's best interest is having a loving relationship with both parents in their LIFE. I am pleading with You Mr President to be the first to acknowledge this problem with our American families and bring awareness to it. I believe America can do better at the child's best interest following a divorce. I believe as Americans we can keep a family together not pull- it apart and erase one parent and that parents entire family.

This greatly affects these children growing up in an alienated situation, they suffer from depression, anxiety, and losing a parent they love, it's ultimately child abuse and that is cause for alarm and change to happen NOW!

Thank you kindly for your time and consideration in this growing family epidemic.
