The unsightly Trump sign on his Chicago tower has been an eyesore to Chicagoans and anyone who visits the heart of downtown for years. This tacky sign has been controversial long before Donald’s foray into politics, as it cheapens the view all the way down Wabash – even the architect who designed the building called the sign tacky. (Trump demanded that it be included in the design).  

After 4 years of stochastic terrorism that ultimately led to an armed insurrection of our nation’s Capitol, it is time to remove the name of the coward who hurled our democracy to the precipice. This eyesore is a visual representation of the man responsible for 4 years of hatred, violence, American destruction, and international embarrassment, and it needs to go. Now.
