Dr. Rachel Lavine was appointed without vote and is now making life changing decisions such as all Pennsylvanians must wear a mask when leaving their houses. This is unconstitutional and all being done by someone we didn’t even elect! How does someone with no experience in politics take a position in guiding a politician and making decisions of this magnitude. We the people have not chosen this person so we the people will not listen to or follow this persons rules/orders.
