Ronald Luhmann started this petition to President Donald J. Trump and

On September 6, 2008,  FHFA used its authorities to place each Enterprise into conservatorship. There was NO public shareholder vote. FHFA established two conservatorships in response to a substantial deterioration in the housing markets that suggested it severely damaged each GSE's ability to fulfill their missions without Government intervention. This was VERY misleading to the public & the risk was merely a temporary housing value issue much like a dip in the stock market.

Following this event, in 2012 Both GSEs were quickly on the path to profitability, the government under the direction of president Obama established the unethical “Net Worth Sweep” of ALL profits into the U.S. Treasury. The funds were misused to hide Obamacare losses.

Shareholders of Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FMCC) seek regained control of their companies & repayment of the STOLEN FUNDS Above the Legal Contract of Loan +10% Interest misused by the U.S. Treasury.

We are days away from the 12 year Anniversary of the theft of these great companies by our government, disguised as a bail out.

These companies were at risk like every bank at the time but the only entities to be placed in consevatorship. Profits from these companies have been used to fund unrelated risk like Obamacare while placing the continued risk of a greater housing crash on future taxpayers.

The shareholders of FNMA and FMCC petition to 1. End the conservatorships & Restore voting rights for their Rightfully Owned shares. 2. Complete historical audit of ALL funds spent by the U.S. Treasury. 3. Repayment of lost profits and dividends resulting from the governments percieved to be illegal conservatorship to these companies.
