Hi all. I'm a junior in Chicago. I've decided to dedicate my time to redefining the death penalty that 30 states in the US have. I feel as if the death penalty is unfair and in turn, should be replaced with life in prison. The death penalty gives no chance for rehabilitation and costs more than life in prison. Please help me in getting this issue to the President.
