We the people of United States of America ask those of power too overturn the decision of ICE too illegally detain “Shèyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph better known as “21 savage” a hip hop mogul. On February 3rd 2019 Shèyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph was detain by ICE for being an illegal immigrant. Which he had applied for a U-Visa two years ago, showing he never hid his immigration too the United States. Shèyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph came too United States legally back when he was a child at the age 7 and has been continuously physically present in United States for over almost 20 years. Unfortunately his legal status expired in 2006 while being kid which we can’t hold him at fault cause he was under age in still consider a kid. Since then he has became an American musician Icon “which in the state of Georgia city of Atlanta, he spends his time giving back to the community and supporting and promoting the betterment of our youth”.  Rep Hank Johnson of Georgia even reached out too the Judge overseeing Mr. Abraham-Joseph case siding in his favor and telling the courts of all the wonderful things he doing for his community. Our government teaches us that the youth is the future of United States and his good deeds shouldn’t go unnoticed. He has a family which he is engaged at the moment in three kids here in United States that depends on him too take care of them in provide. United States Declaration of Independence  gives us three “inalienable rights” which are “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”. Mr. Abraham-Joseph is not being brought in front of the courts for no charges he committed but an error that happened while being a child. I’m asking the President of United States too grant Mr. Abraham-Joseph legal stay here on US soil. Thank you for your time and Consideration Mr. President.
