This is a military court-martial gone wrong and unfair!

My son is wrongly convicted. He has proven to the 5th circuit court, Eastern district of Texas, that the prosecutor in his case tampered with the witness to change the timeframe and location of the events to get the conviction. The government does not deny it! Also, he proved that there was evidence and witnesses to disprove the government's-tampered witness. Also, the approved sentence did not include forfeiture of pay which could have been converted to confinement credit which also cause my son to never have spent a day in prison.

    Now, the 5th circuit court wants to sweep this case under the rug by claiming "procedural default" stating in essence, that because my son did not raise his claims to the Military court, they are waived. Even worse, ny son TOLD the court via brief that he could not raise this before because the military authorities lost his trial documents while he was in appeals and he could not discover this without the documents...

  Again,  for clarity's sake,  the government does not deny any of this to the courts... So,  why is the court not quick to correct this injustice? 

 I would like everyone's help raising awareness to show that these actions by the court if his case is dismissed would be a CLEAR MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE AND IT QUESTIONS THE INTEGRITY AND FAIRNESS OF THE COURT!
