Operations Pipe Dreams and Head hunters sought to penalise Tommy Chong and others in the glass blowing community for simply making and distributing pipes. This disrupted an industry and had a severe impact on many lives. It was to say the least overkill in a day and time when so many more worthy issues could have used the wasted 24 million dollars of taxpayers money and countless man  hours. In the end Tommy alone spent nine months in federal prison and became a martyr in the counter culture of America. 

I am asking Donald Trump to pardon Tommy and all others formally charged in either operation based on public opinion and current events.
