The PATH ACT which was signed into law by President Barack Obama. The Act targets lower income taxpayers who are expecting a refund that most need to maintain household expenses and needs. Anyone else filing tax returns without Earned Income Credit and Additional Child Tax Credit do not fall under the PATH Act (which states any taxpayer who tax return contains the Earned Income Tax Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit cannot receive their tax refund before mid-February). This law continues to cause hardship for most individuals who fall under this law. This law clearly targets taxpayers who fall below  the poverty line which clearly discriminates against a certain group of people. The ACT aims to reduce the number of fraudulent tax returns being filed. Hence, the government is saying lower income taxpayers are more prone to commit fraud. So, the PATH Act clearly targets, and discriminates against lower class taxpayers. The government is using our tax situations to exercise their law that discriminates against the very people who they should be protecting. The government is saying, "We All are subject to commit fraud by implementing such an Act!" We are asking for fair protection and treatment by removing the PATH Act immediately!
