"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal , that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness-That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it...." 

  The United States Congress, The United States Presidency, and by proxy The United States Supreme Court, derive their power from the Governed and the Governed have determined that The Supreme Court and the United States Congress have become destructive. We are guaranteed the unalienable right to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness, the first of these is life. Without life, the others cannot exist. In 1973 The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Jane Roe, allowing her to abort her unborn child and paved the way for 62,490,904 abortions from 1973-2018. At the time Roe V Wade was decided, The Supreme Court could not determine with certainty the point at which life begins. In the forty seven years since this landmark decision, we have had great technological advances in medicine. The healthcare industry can not only confirm a heartbeat as early as four and a half weeks, but has also determined that a fetus can feel pain as early as 8 weeks when the neural circuitry responsible for the most primitive response to pain, the spinal reflex, is in place. We did not know 50 years ago the kind of assault on humanity we were allowing. We know that now. Aborted babies are suctioned or literally ripped from their mothers, not only leading to the loss of a life, but future trauma, mental, emotional and sometimes physical, to the mother. All medical personell swear an Oath, that Oath is to "Do no harm". Abortionists do nothing if not do harm. The Bill of Rights is supposed to protect the most basic right, the right to Life. How are we, as a nation, allowing the murder of our future? A woman's right to chose is not a right protected by any Constitutional Amendment , nor is there any applicable Right listed in the Bill of Rights. Justice Blackmun , in his opinion for the majority, stated that the decision was to protect the woman's right to privacy, that this right preceded the rights of the prenatal life inside of her. He also stated that by granting a fetus Personhood, the argument for abortion would collapse, as the fetus would be granted all Rights guaranteed under the 14th Amendment. An overwhelming number of Biologists from around the would agree that life, not just for humans, but any higher species in the animal kingdom, begins at conception. Justice Blackmun referred to a zygote/embryo/fetus as prenatal life in his opinion for the majority. You, Honorable Justices, Mr. President and Members of Congress, work for the people. It is the obligation of each of you to uphold The Constitution and The Bill of Rights, it is our right and responsibility to make sure you execute the duties you were elected to execute.  We stand before you, citizens of this great nation, imploring you to overturn and relitigate Roe V Wade. Newly discovered evidence is always grounds for a possible reopening of a case, and we would argue that with the advances the medical fields has made, there is more than sufficient evidence to meet a prima facie argument to reopen Roe V Wade and hear said evidence. This is not only the right thing to do, it's the legal thing to do. Just as the 14th Amendment granted Personhood, and therefore rights, to those who were once deemed less than human, it's time for us to stand as a nation United to protect every life, even the life of the unborn, especially the life of the unborn, as they are the most vulnerable, the most innocent of us.
