We are running out of resources, and population density is getting too high. Are we just going to ignore the 5,450,430 square miles of free real estate in our South Pole? There is an abundance of land under the ice rich with resources, and if we melt the ice caps then that land will be hospitable. We would use wind turbines for energy and glowstone for light. With the new abundance of water, drought crises across the world would be solved and the plastic to ocean ratio would decrease drastically, getting rid of pollution. Major cities on the coast would either be destroyed or turn into Venice like metropolises. The world economy would collapse, causing a new fresh start to build off of. Sea life would initially take a massive hit, but over time would flourish more than the Cambrian era. The job market would explode. In conclusion, sign my petition and we can save humanity.
