Make N-word passes legal currency. One would worth roughly 1.5 million dollars. Counterfeiting one can be punishable by law. Punishments can be a prison life sentence and public hangings. Black people can make them but not as slaves. If you say it without a pass and if not black then the same punishments apply as above. You can only have one pass maximum. Passes can be taken away if seen fit by N-word police.
