Halloween has always been on the 31st since the beginning of Halloween. Halloween is my birthday and my siblings all have a holiday for a birthday. My sisters share a birthday on Valentine’s Day but they were born different years. My little brother has a birthday on New Year’s Day. Mine has always been Halloween. When I was little I would go home to home saying it’s my birthday trick or treat. And I would get double the candy. I lived in an apartment so every year they remembered me so I’d get double. My family is huge and it helps my great grand parents and my grand parents and distant family remember the dates we were born because it’s a holiday. By changing the date you could mess up the USA calendar. Besides in my entire life I have never heard of a kid getting killed on Halloween. If we did have Halloween then all the bad peoples in the world will have a bigger and better chance of getting our future aka the children. If it’s a Saturday then everyone will be off work so they can kidnap and murder etc. If we do Halloween earlier in the day to make it go longer than it ruins the point of a scary theme witch Halloween is about. If you go longer than you have to buy more candy and more costumes because more parents will be off work to take there life’s witch will make the demand of costumes and candy go up. If I learned anything in social studies it would be if demand goes up than price goes up. If your paying $3.50 for a bag of candy than you will be paying 8.99 for 2 bags of candy.  witch means they are playing with your mind because you think that’s a deal but it’s not if you do 3.50+3.50 you get 7 they are making you pay 2 more dollars because of taxes. It would be a smart and thoughtful idea to keep Halloween on the 31st. Thank you.
