Centreville, Illinois is home to the most impoverished people in America and are being ignored, neglected and abandoned by local government.   There are generations of family’s who call it home.   For decades they have been forced to live in the MOST unsanitary conditions I have seen in our great country!.   
These senior citizens, families, and disabled have been living with raw sewage flooding their homes and yards.  
Just imagine needing to be rescued many times by boat because the sewage in your yard and home have flooded again with human waste...  
We need the Federal Government to intervene and rescue the most vulnerable!
