The Covid-19 pandemic has stopped musicians and Arts related professionals jobs and lifes. Seems not to be a light at the end of the tunnel for thousands of mothers and fathers who bring their every day meal throug art and entertainment. Our bills are still running. Too much pressure with no support, plan, help, incentives, grants or so from the government at all. No venues, no production options, no jobs. We are part, we represent the culture, education, economy, entertainment, happiness, hard working people, good people, fathers, mothers, but seems like we’ve been forgotten. We are the real musicians and Arts related professionals, we are’nt those few Puerto Rico’s super stars, wealthy, fashioned, celebritys, receiving several monthly cheks from youtube, spotify or major record labels. If we don’t sell our music to a restaurant, hotel or a private party, we get no money, we can’t afford anything. Is been almost a year, we’ve been holding thigh. When the government thinks about the economy or the workers, we are not been considered. We really need help. Thank you!
